You'll likely get better results with a thicker nozzle and increased extrusion width for added strength. I printed it on a 0.8 nozzle with a 0.9 line width, but I'm not sure if that was sufficient. I cleaned up the geometry of the spike to ensure it slices more smoothly in vase mode. To improve print quality, I set the bottom layers to about 40mm thick, allowing the bottle threads to print properly and the rest to come out well in vase mode.
