Here's how to label your plant in a pot: Stick a piece of 20mm painters tape on this small (~10cm tall) holder. When it's time for new plants, simply peel off the old tape and attach some fresh tape - no damage done. Use permanent marker to jot down the name on a bit of painter's tape - you can slap a clear cover over the writing if it'll be out in the open air. Use PLA @ 205C with .03mm layers at 25% fill and 2 shells of both top and bottom; a pretty standard printing spec if I'm not mistaken.
