The model can be found in Archmodels vol. 24 and comes in various formats such as 3DS, DXF, MAX, OBJ, Scanline *.max, and V-Ray *.max. Note that the Scanline *.max format is for use with Scanline renderer in 3ds Max 7 or higher (without materials), while the V-Ray *.max format is compatible with V-Ray 1.5 or higher.
