Bill Of Materials: What You Need To Get Started To build this tool, you'll need the following materials: * Laser Cutter * SLA Printer (such as Photon) * 3mm Plywood * 3mm Acrylic for scraper plate * Wood Glue * SLA Resin (we recommend ZZZ for its toughness) * 12mm Length M3 Bolts and Nuts (Stainless Button Head preferred) * M3 Knurled Inlets Printing Recommendations For Optimal Results For the best results, we recommend using the following settings: * Printer Type: Sla Printer * Material: Blu Resin by Siraya Tech * Support/Rafts: No print directly on the build plate * Spacing: Print 66 parts on the bed in one go with 0.5mm in-between parts Laser-Cut Recommendations For Perfect Holes For laser-cutting, we recommend using a 2" lens for perfectly sized holes. Assembling The Tool: A Step-By-Step Guide This tool is designed to be easily assembled and disassembled. Simply follow these steps: 1. Push nuts into wooden plate Number 1, and glue plate Number 2 to back of plate one using bolts to centre the pieces. 2. Glue together the Top plate number 3 and the vertical supports [part number 4] for compressing. 3. Wait for the glue to set. Step 2: Attaching The Spikes Take the cured and set spikes and push them through the holes in plates 1 and two. Step 3: Bolting It All Together Bolt the whole assembly together, and you're ready to go!
