Normal agriculture involves growing crops outdoors, but we utilize a precisely controlled micro-microclimate within our containers to foster optimal germination from seeds, minimizing labor and effort. This controlled environment provides a stable water balance and a warmer atmosphere than that found in open fields, protected from harsh winds. By utilizing our unique container system, we can also closely regulate temperature, light exposure, and moisture levels. As we prepare the foundation for our facility, we first need to construct key components before beginning the project. We've decided to initiate establishment of essential supplementary systems simultaneously with foundational construction, rather than sequentially. This approach allows us to make swift progress on multiple fronts - applying the same efficiency in developing crop, fish, shellfish, and crab production. For this initiative, we'll rely heavily on cutting-edge technology that features self-regulating, thermally responsive water platforms floating across specially prepared grounds infused with preformed coconut fibers designed specifically for project implementation (STL & IGS steps remain part of the strategic buildout plan).
