<p><i>english text below</i></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Fußkappe:</strong></p><p>Vor Jahren habe ich eine gebrauchte Plano - Verleimpresse erhalten. Also bitte für alle Profile eine Fußkappe drucken oder im mitgelieferten Fusion-File die Höhe anpassen.</p><p><strong>Sicherungskappe:</strong></p><p>Wenn die Verleimpresse nicht im Gebrauch ist, hängen die vorderen Profile nur an der unteren Pressbrücke. Es passiert leider immer wieder, dass diese Profile nach vorne kippen, was mich gestört hat.&nbsp;</p><p>Die Sicherungskappe aufstecken und das Problem ist Geschichte.</p><p><strong>Druckparameter:</strong></p><p>Ich druckte mit 4 Perimetern; 0.25mm Schichthöhe; 6 obere und 6 untere Schichten mit PETG. Die Teile neigen leider zum Warpen, was sich mit Brim oder besser Tabantiwarping (Cura Erweiterung) verhindern läßt.</p><p>*****************************************************</p><p><strong>Foot cap:</strong></p><p>Years ago I received a used Plano gluing press. Even then, a few foot caps for the gluing profiles were missing.</p><p>In the meantime I have replaced them with wooden parts, but now I have finally printed new caps.</p><p>Caution: The caps fit well on the profiles, but I did not use the original height, because I wanted to save printing time and material. So please print a foot cap for all profiles or adjust the height in the included Fusion file.</p><p><strong>Safety cap:</strong></p><p>When the gluing press is not in use, the front profiles only hang on the lower press bridge. Unfortunately, it always happens that these profiles tip forward, which bothered me.</p><p>Put on the safety cap and the problem is history.</p><p><strong>Printing parameters:</strong></p><p>I printed with 4 perimeters; 0.25mm layer height; 6 upper and 6 lower layers with PETG. Unfortunately the parts tend to warp, which can be prevented with Brim or better Tabantiwarping (Cura extension).</p>
