Plano 3500 Series dividers
thingiverse
I picked up several organizers while they were on sale, but was let down to find out they only came with five dividers initially. However, after checking Thingiverse, I discovered darkwalk's impressive 3500 divider design and downloaded it instantly. Unfortunately, upon examining the piece further, I found it didn't fit exactly right either, suggesting they may have altered their original design somewhat over the last year. Given this new information, here is my custom creation that improves on existing ideas. These dividers are 2% shorter in length than their predecessors and about 0.5% narrower than what most consumers would want or expect. Furthermore, a crucial modification to corner grooves means that it should fit perfectly now when you open the Plano organizer lid.\n\nWith this update, the existing nine compartment organizer will now become a versatile sixteen compartment container due in large part from this fantastic redesign.\n\n \n \n Printing Instructions Print six pieces and combine them with your original set to expand storage capacity up to 16 total compartments.
