Hello fellow makers, I've added version five to the plastic pusher design - refined edges, fortified bond between arms and body. The print is done flat at a resolution of .1 mm with supports in place. Center still employs two stacked bearings, while outsides feature single units. Prints best when standing upright but that will necessitate a raft and both (flat or standing) require supports. Delicate parts demand patience during printing and bearing installation. Original design notes: This plastic pusher is essentially a fidget spinner - its center relies on two standard 608z skateboard bearings or similar, stacked back to back in a 22 mm x 7 mm configuration. Inspiration came from an old pencil drawing that typically occupies my mind when I doodle; it's a shape I've likely picked up from a math class eons ago. I hope you find this design enjoyable - please let me know if I made any mistakes, my eyes are still recovering from staring at it for a while! Print Settings: Printer: Qidi X-One Rafts: Not necessary Supports: Yes Resolution: .1 to .2 mm Infill: 30% to 80% Notes: Printed in eSUn PETG at 232 extruder and 60 bed temperature with supports. Let me know how it works out, I'd love to see some customizations!
