This is a small planetary gearbox smasher that I built for fun. During the printing process, the Sun Gear_1 needs to be paused to install the bearing on the shaft. Print: - 10 planetary gears. - 2 Sun Gear_1. - 2 Sun gear_2 - 2 Front plate. - 2 Backplate. - 2 Ring gear_1. - 2 Ring gear_2. - 1 Connection gear_1. - 1 Connection gear_2. - 1 Connection gear_3. - 1 Connection gear_4. - 1 Drive gearcase. Hardware: - 20 m3 bolts. - 2 m2 bolts. - 6 22mm bearing. Post-processing: - Remove custom support between gears. Assembly: Assembling this gearbox is very challenging. 1) Place the planetary gears into the ring gears with the marks on top facing inward. 2) Attach the front plate, keeping the mark on the planetary gears facing inward. 3) Insert sun gear_1 from above, ensuring the marks on the planetary gears face inward. 4) Install Sun gear_2 from below. 5) Put on the backplate. 6) Repeat steps 1-5 for the second gearbox. 7) Push the two gearboxes into the gearbox connector. 8) Mount the drive gear case and install four bearings. 9) Attach the two drive gears with hexagonal holes to the shafts of the gearboxes. 10) Install the remaining two drive gears and secure the drive gear case.
