Hello, I searched for a planetary gearbox and all the ones found were some how complex for me, so i searched over tinkercad for simpler designs and landed on this nice and usefull design that you could build upon, design: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/9m7DgquHI76 All credits go to the author of this design: https://www.tinkercad.com/users/3KhcrKSboKW-200801830 So i printed this setat the size of 100% which was at the size of 60mm radius however, i couldnt fix the sun gear for tolerance issues my printer had, i am trying to print this design at size of of 180mm which is 300% ratio, thus i suggest you decrease the size of the planet gears up 295% I'll update the design i print the thing Print settings for 300% PLA : nozzle: .4mm layer height: 0.32mm (it requires finishing up to 120 - 220- 320- 400grits wet/dry ) or use less layerheight Infil: 0% wall line count: 50 (i learned it somewhere that printing the design in all walls yields to much stronger object due to the bond between all the outer lines) however you can print 4-5 outwalls and add infill would do the job, yet not sure about durability for testing of clearance and functionality you can print the test designs to mimick the actual print raft extra margin: 5mm temp: 200 build plate temp: 65 Fan speed: 100% print speed: 60mm/s printed on anycubic kobra go, Pla from anycubic too This design will be later printed in petg, pending testing as i am working on a wind turbine and trying to incorporate a planetary gearbox to shift the speed I hope you like it
