Planetary gearbox 1:232.5 for 130 motor
thingiverse
This is a high-performance gearbox utilizing advanced double annulus planetary gear technology. First stage gears, comprising an impressive 8:31 ratio, efficiently reduce motor speed to the sun gear, and then the planetary gears further amplify this reduction by a staggering 1:60. The end result is a second, smaller annulus with more teeth, which produces a notable amount of noise. Some carefully designed holes measure 3.2mm in diameter, allowing for seamless rotation of a 3mm screw inside. Other holes are intentionally smaller and meant to be tapped for a 3mm screw. These specific holes can be found: - In the motor support - On the carrier The following screws with varying lengths are required: 6 mm x3 screws are needed for each planet gear axle, securely fastened on the carrier. 20mm x4 screws are necessary for joining the annulus to the motor support. 30mm (+ 1 nut) screws are essential for the main axle. A specially designed 36mm i.d. x 3mm o-ring serves as a tire, providing optimal performance and efficiency.
