I possess an aged Black and Decker 3.6V cordless screwdriver with a ruined gearbox. After dissecting it, I modeled the broken component, which is the last stage of the planetary gear box that couples the final stage to the actual driver socket. A portion of this cast aluminum piece had its pin snapped off.
