I attempted to convert the Planetary Gear Calling Card into .stl files using Sketchup, but was unsuccessful. My determination overcame my sense of reason and I traced it with Blender instead. Concerning the outcome, the MakerBot's lack of kerf might cause the gears to be too large. If this happens, shrinking only the planets could potentially fix the issue. The gear script specifications include: Planets - 14 teeth, radius 7, addendum and dedendum 1.0 and 1.2 respectively, pressure angle 30, tooth width 1.5; Sun - 17 teeth, radius 8.5, addendum and dedendum 1.0 and 1.2 respectively, pressure angle 30, tooth width 1.5; Ring - 45 teeth, radius -22.5, addendum and dedendum 1.0 and 1.2 respectively, pressure angle 30, tooth width 1.5.
