Planetary 4:1 DC motor gearbox

Planetary 4:1 DC motor gearbox

Hi, this is a universal 4:1 reduction gearbox I designed. It can be mounted inline with any standard small sized DC motor. The maximum allowed distance of the retention screws on the front side of the motor housing is 23mm. Two different sun gears were made to accept 2mm and 3mm shafts. Output power is transmitted through a 5mm hexagonal hole. I designed the fits for moving parts with a clearance of 0.2-0.3mm, so printers with low accuracy can print it. Additional grinding may be necessary. What you need to print: three Planetenrad.stl files (raft adhesion is recommended), one hohlrad.stl file, one trager.stl file, one trager2.stl file (use support), one deckel.stl file, and one sonnenrad2mm or sonnenrad3mm file (raft adhesion is recommended). You will also need two M3x30mm screws and two M3 nuts.
