Planetarium Projector Light Leak Heat Shield

I am upgrading my Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 8345 projector. This unit has a weakness where light leaks out the sides and onto the adjacent wall. I plan to remedy this issue by adding a shield along the front of the projector, specifically targeting the right side of the projected image. The part was designed using meshmixer and printed with .2mm thick walls, 2% infill density for the support material which breaks away easily. My company logo will be emblazoned on the shield as a prominent feature.
