This design is created by Gavn, Wiresh and Imre specifically for 3D printing purposes at ICT in de Wolken Amsterdam in the year 2015. It visually displays the earth and moon as they rotate around each other. Unfortunately, due to the complex nature of this design with numerous components, not all prints were completed on time, resulting in incomplete testing of the model. ICT in de Wolken is a collaborative effort between three Montessori high schools located in Amsterdam. The primary goal of this project is to provide additional challenges for high school students within the existing ICT curriculum. Key partners involved in this project include universities and various national and international companies. The main focus of the ICT in de Wolken 3D-print project was educational in nature, with the aim of enhancing student learning experiences.
