<p>A Christmas bauble which is also a globe.</p> <p>Split into two parts for ease of printing with an FDM printer, (some assembly required).</p> <p>I recommend scaling this to around 6cm diameter (6000x in CURA).</p> <p>I thought this looks good painted, but have also made plain ones.</p> <h3>Post-Printing</h3> <p><strong>Connect Parts</strong></p> <div><p>Insert joiner piece into the hole on one of the bauble halves, then use it to attach to the other half.<br/> Make sure the pieces go together in the correct orientation. <p>I used glue along with the joiner, and would recommend this.</p> <h3>How I Designed This</h3> <p><strong>Blender Displacement Maps</strong></p> <div><p>Relief maps taken from NASA's "Blue Marble" project. </p></div> </p></div> Category: Decor
