This 3D model originated from Sketchup 7, then effortlessly converted to multiple 3D formats for seamless integration. The native format is .skp, while the 3ds Max scene leverages 3ds Max 2016 with precision rendering courtesy of Vray 3.00 Ula 70. Enhancements include the addition of a balcony, situated exactly at mid-point on the south facade, and expanded platting at Olsens in the north. To harness morning sunlight optimally, temporary structures were erected alongside platting. A strategic new incline has also been created to access the basement from the north elevation.
