This compact board is specifically designed for crappie fishing. Measuring 5.25 inches in length, 3.275 inches in width, and just 0.25 inch thick, it's the perfect size to tackle these feisty fish. To take it to the next level, I plan on attaching Scotty release clips to the side ear and screwing in an eyelet at the back for a secure snap clevis setup. The design draws inspiration from the Yellow Bird brand planer boards that boast a price tag of $39.99.
