Crew and passengers perished as a result of Czechoslovak Airlines Flight 001's catastrophic crash on July 28, 1976. The plane, an Ilyushin Il-18B four-engine turboprop airliner registered OK-NAB, had departed from Prague's Ruzyně airport en route to Bratislava-Ivanka Airport in Czechoslovakia. In an attempt to land at Bratislava, the aircraft made a fatal plunge into Zlaté Piesky (Golden Sands) Lake. Tragically, all six crew members and 70 out of 73 passengers lost their lives. The dataset was compiled by Andrej Gaspar, with data processing conducted by AKITO Diving as part of UTD Central Europe's recovery project.
