Planar Tetrarhons

Tetrarhons comprise four interlocking rhombic dodecahedrons that share faces. Of the 28 components, 14 planar ones have each of their four parts resting on a single plane. Nine pieces must be used in a hexagonal arrangement, while four others can only fit into a square lattice, and the singular straight piece fits perfectly into either lattice configuration. With all available components combined, three-dimensional structures can be constructed.
