Plain Business card example

I pondered designing a unique business card using SCAD and my 3D printer, featuring text that stands out from the standard card (also known as thru-hole text). However, I encountered an issue during my initial attempts with the write.scad module, which only allowed for embossed text. As a result, here's a sample of my first attempt. While it lacks features such as automatic placement, adjusting for text length, and proper kerning, it was still enlightening as a learning experience. I am unable to print the smaller text using SFACT, despite numerous setting adjustments leading to sparse fill/outline. Any suggestions to resolve these issues or improve the design would be greatly appreciated.
