Plagueling Swarms

Nurglings are the smallest of the plague god's demons, excluding his numerous daemonic diseases. They are birthed from the bowels of Great Unclean Ones, writhing free and adding to their ever-expanding horde. In appearance, they are miniaturized versions of the Plague God himself, often accompanying a Great Unclean One as he marches forth. When the Flesh Legions go to war, they can be seen cackling with glee as they swarm at the feet of the numerous Plaguebearers. When they single out a foe, they claw, gnaw, and pull at their legs, quickly overtaking them with sheer weight of numbers. Individually, they are not much of a threat, but in the large swarms they form, their numerous festering bites can leave all but the largest foes dead or disease-ridden.
