This model is a mask of a plague doctor who treated victims of the bubonic plague and you can know them by their specific beaked masks. This eccentric headpiece served as a kind of primitive ‘gas mask’ for medical practitioners in 17th-century Europe, designed to protect its wearer from the foul odours associated with the plague. Files contain 3 versions of this mask. All models are fully ready to be 3D printed and files also contain complete masks, that are not cut into smaller pieces. SCALE At 100% scale the masks dimensions are: Width approx. 170 mm Length approx. 263 mm Height approx. 257 mm We recommend scale the model according to your head measurements. It is good to make it bigger and then add cushioning to the inside for a snug and comfortable fit.
