Each one with its own size Base Topper, as wellTHE PLAGUE FREAKS The Plague Freaks are responsible for figuring out new and fun ways to mutate all Ratmen to turn them into stronger, more brutal fighters. Here we see one of them wielding a Plaguesmear staff in his left hand and the Myrrh Burner in his right hand. The Plague Freaks, as the name suggests, utilize all possible combinations of poisons, venoms, bacteria and viruses to create new plagues and diseases to cripple and kill any other race while simultaneously mutating their own. The effects of these concoctions are unpredictable and deadly. The Freaks are the only ones mad enough to come near them even among Flesh Forgers! RACE LORE (GRIZZ) The Grizz are a numerous and diverse race. While some are writhing, ugly masses of tail and fur, others are intelligent, even ingenuous. Scattered wide and far, few have the imagination to even describe all of their sub-races. Scholars across Whirlworld estimate that their numbers may easily be in the millions. While worldly wanderers say that number captures just a fraction of the Grizz race. Due to their affinity for living underground few have been able to gleam the true scale at which the Grizz burrows, caves, tunnels and under-cities span the world. The Grizz ranks have many subspecies, but none can compare to the mystery and the ferocity of the Ratmen. The most numerous, and dangerous, subsurface dwelling species of the Grizz that lurk in the shadows, scheme and concoct devious plans to disrupt the lives of surface dwellers. The Ratmen are known to live in different groups or clans elegantly referred to as Mischiefs. Within each they have their own forms of leadership and rankings, from the lowliest servant and foot soldier, to powerful Warlords and Rulers. One of those Mischiefs are the Flesh Forgers. The Flesh Forgers are obsessed with mutilating, mutating and enhancing their own bodies beyond their physical capabilities. The more devoted of the Flesh Forgers have been known to alter their appearance untill their original form is no longer recognisable. The ruler of this colony of metal and flesh is Verminhorn the Manylimbed. He is a ruthless king hellbent on using the serum he harvests from the bile filled blisters on his own back to augment his followers, creating a mischief strong enough to rule all others. Maddened by his constant lust for war, Verminhorn the Manylimbed will never let his mischief rest. Constantly augmenting them to ensure they are ready for the next conflict. What started as muscular and mental enhancements soon turned to Verminhorn the Manylimbed removing limbs of his followers, replacing them with weapons amd mutating them to ungodly extents thus creating an army that is ever ready for war.
