Plague Doctor Winged Hourglass for 3/4" Dowel and Cane Cap

<p>I wanted a large cane for my husband's plague doctor costume so created a customized remix of the winged hourglass by drcameron that would fit a 3/4 inch dowel rod. Also created a cane cap in Tinkercad to fancy up the bottom a little bit. The cap could be used for the top or bottom of a standard cane.
