Plague Doctor end cap for AnElphabet's DIV Respirator

A fusion of AnElphabet's respirator cover and beak lifted from Odrivous's Plague Doctor mask has been created. The design has been scaled down to fit comfortably and larger holes have been added, but essentially it remains two pieces stuck together. To complete the look, several bmp images found in a GIS database were integrated into the end cap. I would like to acknowledge that I may be unintentionally infringing on someone's intellectual property with this addition. The print quality of the mask is somewhat poor due to my use of a .8 nozzle and a high speed setting.
