Plague Doctor bust

In 17th century Europe, plague doctors were employed to assist black death victims. Their bird-like beaks held potent herbs and spices to combat the overwhelming stench of disease-ridden bodies and infected patients, yet these measures proved woefully ineffective. Drawing inspiration from popular culture, modern costume makers, and steampunk aesthetics rather than historical authenticity, my interpretation of the plague doctor diverges significantly from reality. For further insight into the original plague doctors, consult [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plague_doctor]. The model was crafted using Sculptris and refined in Meshmixer prior to printing.
