Placker dispenser
prusaprinters

The challenge I had was that my plackers comes in a plastic bag packaging which is hard to store in my bathroom cabinet and risks falling out whenever I open the cabinet doors. The idea is to create a convenient dispenser thus eliminating the problem.

There is an opening for dispensing plackers by lifting the lid a few millimeters and then shaking the dispenser.

I created a tall version (about 80mm) with the goal of being able to fit a whole pack but if I would print another one I would make it half the height (about 40mm). I have attached both versions here and see other future improvements. After using this for a few days I already see some improvements I would like to include.

a solution in the lid to make sure plackers stay in place while shaking the dispenser

an opening for pushing plackers out of the dispenser with your finger.

Attaching the fusion file for anyone who wants to iterate on the concept.

Also attaching the gcodes I had for my prusa mini with PLA but again, I would make the smaller one and possibly some improvements listen above.
