PLA Slider for 1515 Extrusion

I plan to swap out my Mini Kossel delta printer's shower roller carriages for these custom replacements. They fit snugly in place with zero play, a big improvement over the originals. Since I'm using the back side of the aluminum extrusion to conceal end stop wiring and printed wire covers, the rollers don't wrap all the way around the 15mm extrusion. Check out this YouTube video for a demonstration of how they should work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfuVoxgvb8U Update: I've since redesigned these replacements with an added feature to prevent twisting. The extended legs provide extra resistance against twisting, making them even more reliable. After installing and using these custom rollers for a few hours, I'm happy to report that they're working smoothly. If you can print them with Nylon instead of PLA, you might notice a slight improvement in performance. One thing I've noticed during extended use is that one of the bushings had too much play in it. When the printer moved side to side on the Z axis, the bushing would twist, causing the print head to tilt. However, I've been printing the Robotica model at .15mm resolution and it's producing incredibly fine details.
