PLA Router Setup Bars

I didn't want to spend $50 on aluminum ones, so I decided to print my own for 30 cents per bar instead. They won't be as rigid as the aluminum ones, but they get the job done with good enough accuracy. I haven't finished printing all of them yet, but you get the idea. The dimensions start at one-eighth of an inch and go up in increments of sixteenth inches all the way to half an inch. Each bar is a quarter inch thick, which is another reference point for your shop. Twenty percent infill should be fine, but I used sixty percent hoping these things will have a bit more rigidity and last longer.
