A 40-toothed PLA printed gear/timing pulley is designed for use with GT2 timing belts that have a 2mm pitch profile. The pulley includes a sturdy 5mm nut/grub screw insert. It was printed at .25 layer thickness using a .5mm nozzle on a RapMan 3.2 printer, necessitating adjustments to the tooth depth for proper fitment. This pulley effectively grips GT2 belts and is currently considered a work in progress until further testing under powered conditions can be conducted on a Rostock. To fully operate a Rostock, three of these pulleys are required.
