PLA PLA+ Temperature Tower 180-210
thingiverse
We had trouble finding a great temp tower for our Qidi X-Plus. It extrudes at lower temps or at least senses lower ones than other popular printers. The manual even tells users to print PLA starting at 190C vs 200C common in other how-to's. Even heat-loving silk doesn't seem to tolerate above 210 well. All the pre-made temperature towers we've tried failed miserably, usually by snapping in two around 220 or 225 before getting to the ideal temps for our printer. We also gravitate toward filaments also don't have the ability to bridge wide gaps without support. That left me feeling like we were wasting filament while not learning much that would improve our prints. This is my solution! Caveat: We've had our printer for less than two weeks. I'm very much still learning all the software, our printer, and different filament properties.
