This project demonstrates a simple yet versatile design that serves multiple purposes. It can be used as biodegradable packaging, circular print test/calibration, and spacers/protective sleeves for M8 fastenings. By generating a plate of these cylinders using Skeinforge's multiply tab, it offers an easy-to-print solution. Printing 64 closely spaced cylinders took approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes with 20mm/s perimeter lines and 60mm/s moves. However, the creator experienced issues with filament grip towards the end of printing, suggesting adding a cooling fan or upgrading to Wade's extruder for better performance.
