For PLA printing issues, I found a helpful solution at http://creatrtips.freeforums.org/lubrication-egg-pla-add-on-t66.html. Since I didn't have a Kinder Egg, I made my own variant with an advantage of refillable WD40 through the top grills. It has been working great: keep temperature at 210 degrees nozzle, 40 on bed, and 1 extrusion multiplier (set to 1.1 for perfect results). No support printing is needed; just cut sponge to fit box, halve it for filament threading, lubricate with WD40, and try. For customization, this openjscad link might help: http://openjscad.org/#http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=YhvUqVyS, but fixing any generated STL may require netfabb or similar software.
