This new PLA gear kit features parametric connectors compatible with PLA. The OpenSCAD kit allows creation of various gear object combinations by changing only the outer shell while keeping the center and pins unaltered. For Replicator 1/2/2X users, download and print the centre_plate, pin_plate, and full_plate, which already have helper tabs for slicing. Separating the center and pins allows printing in different colors for a better aesthetic appeal. If using a smaller printer, opt for small_plate and plates 2,4,6,8 instead of full_plate. The pink heart gear above was printed with 25% infill, three shells (two extra in ReplicatorG), at a 200 micron layer height with the skin module enabled.
