Prototyping and Testing: The initial phase involved prototyping with lower density (10%), allowing for a quick preview of the concept and shape. The prototype was printed in approximately 5 hours, showcasing the speed and efficiency of the manufacturing process. Design and Functionality: The Boilie Cutter has dimensions of 81x47mm, ensuring optimal manipulation and cutting of boilie. Its special design facilitates easy insertion of the knife on the bottom for swift replacement and flexibility. The knife size is precisely tailored at 40x19mm for this specific purpose. Safety Features: To ensure safety, the tool includes a safety wheel that can be adhered according to preference. The option of using screws instead of adhesive allows for further customization and fixation. I plan to incorporate a bayonet connection for quick knife replacement. Future: Currently, the first official version of the Boilie Cutter is in the printing phase, with four prototypes available. Once the product is completed, we will proudly present a photograph showcasing the tool's details, including the bottom part with the knife, and the overall development process.
