Pizza, either you adore it or, like me, the mere sight of it makes you queasy. Don't try to reason with me, I just do; melted cheese is utterly vile and it resembles something that's been smashed by a heavy falling object. I'm aware I'm in a tiny minority on this one and pizza is a culinary gift to the vast majority of people. So why not take your love for pizza to new heights?
