PiZero Case with Snapping Lid

After searching for a long time to find a small PiZero case that had everything that I wanted, I decided to make my own to incorporate all of the features of other cases into one. This case features easy SD card removal, a very small form factor, snapping lid, and access to ports and GPIO. Installed Pi Zero or Pi Zero W using 4-40 x 3/8" screws (sorry, I'm not sure of metric equivalent).
