Pixim Seawolf Camera Case
thingiverse
This camera case accommodates a Pixim Seawolf board camera, weighing just 15g compared to the original case. Featuring press-fit front and back parts secured with small squares of 3M mounting tape for lightweight, quick assembly/disassembly, its rear is open for optimal airflow to the heatsink. Design inspiration is from the PZ0420 camera case. Improvement suggestions are welcome. Enjoy! Note: An update on July 6, 2014, flipped back plate STL and re-uploaded to eliminate user's need to flip it in their printer host software. Instructions for use: Print the parts and test fit the camera inside the front part of the case; minor side-to-side play is acceptable. Cut four 5x5mm pieces of 3M mounting tape and place them on the back part's legs. Assemble by press-fitting the back into the front, relying on mounting tape for a snug fit. If necessary, adjust with additional tape. The case utilizes M3 bolt and locknut holes, which might need drilling. Suggestions are encouraged, so enjoy!
