Pixie complete with battery and morse key
thingiverse
This is essentially a top-of-the-line, super versatile morse ham 40 m band ham transceiver that requires only an earplug and a suitable length of wire for an antenna. You'll need to note that there are many Pixie variants, but this one was specifically designed to fit the PCB show at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:870586 - versions other than exactly this one will probably not work. The morse key is built around a microswitch and you can configure it yourself using the customizer tool. I used a tiny switch sourced from a Logitech mouse, but you may prefer to use a larger switch with more travel. After building the transceiver, the morse key will likely need some cleaning up at its nose to ensure full travel and avoid interference with the case. Make sure the key has good travel and then lock it in place using the lock ring. For assembling the case parts, consider adding a brim support to prevent warping - depending on your build platform this may be necessary. For detailed instructions on how to assemble the key to the upper case using the lockring, take a look at the picture.
