Pixhawk (or other FC) mount for MFD Nimbus
thingiverse
UPDATE: Use this part https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2934896 to secure the FC to the mount. The Nimbus ships with a pre-installed PDB that looks great but is lacking in filtering capabilities, which leaves no room for a Pixhawk. I chose to remove the stock PDB and install a Matek 6s PDB (5/10V) along with a 5A 5V UBEC for redundant and clean power supply to peripherals. With a large battery (12Ah 6s), there is limited space inside the Nimbus's rear section. To get everything working, follow these steps: 1. First, mount the rear PDB mount using the original screws. 2. Next, secure your PDB using the lowest standoffs available. 3. Finally, install the Pixhawk mount. It comes in three versions, depending on how high your PDB is and how many cables are connected to your Pixhawk. The 0mm version sits closest to the top, which may cause lid closure issues. The 10mm version leaves little room for your PDB, so consider using angled connectors in this case.
