Pixelated 3in. X 3in. Noteholder
thingiverse
This is a custom noeholder I designed just for fun. Don't forget to check your retractions and bridges beforehand - it takes forever to clean up afterwards with an exacto blade. The reason you can see singes on this one is that I used a butane torch. Other than that, it works perfectly. You can even take a look at the midprint image in my post to get an idea of what I mean - yes, there was definitely a lot of cleanup involved. **Important Instructions** * Nozzle: Use 0.35mm nozzle. * Layer Thickness: Set it to 0.2mm thick layers. * Perimeter #: Try two perimeter layers. * Top Surfaces: Print four solid top surfaces. * Bottom Surfaces: Go for three bottom surfaces that are not solid. * Infill: Fill your object with lines at ten percent infill density. * Nozzle Temp: Keep the nozzle temperature at 225C degrees Celsius. * Bed Temp: Your bed should be set to 60C degrees Celsius. * Print Speed: Don't print faster than 60mm/s - it may mess things up. I included my own settings with this file. Don't even think about printing this without first playing around with your MatterControl settings and the "retraction" and "bridging" functions. You might encounter the same problems that I did, trust me!
