Pixel Matrix WS2812
cults3d
I saw some 16x16 WS2812 pixel matrices on Aliexpress.com and couldn't resist buying one to create something with it. So, here's my creation, a 16x16 WS2812 LED matrix panel. I made a stand for it too, but I think it would look great on the wall as well! I've prepared some basic animations, but if you make your own and share them, please let me know! If you want to use it with high brightness and light up lots of pixels, make sure you have at least an 8A, 5V PSU. For testing and low brightness, just use a USB cable. I'm using ESP32. I added some lights, temperature and humidity sensors, and a microphone for later use. Then you can display the temp/humidity or control the brightness of LEDs according to ambient light or make a cool sound level meter! If you want to change something in design, the Fusion360 file is included. Printed with Prusa i3 MK3 Layer height: 0.2 Infill density: 20 No supports (only for inner holders) Made from PLA
