Pixel Badge Diffuser Case

This is a diffuser case for the [Pixel Badge](https://pixel.curious.supplies), an ESP32 WiFi LED panel that runs on the open source [badge.team firmware](https://github.com/badgeteam/ESP32-platform-firmware) and is programmable in Python. ![](https://i.imgur.com/1rxXLpm.jpeg) ![](https://pixel.curious.supplies/images/pixel_badge_back.png) This model is the same as the one we sell, so you can make it yourself if you want. We print it on an SLA printer because of the smooth finish, but it prints fine on a normal FDM printer as well. The front thickness is either 0.2mm or 0.4mm for the FDM model, vs 1.0 on our SLA diffusers, because FDM layers diffuse much more strongly than smooth SLA. You can choose between 0.2 or 0.4mm yourself: 0.2 results in more brightness but is also more fragile. I like the 0.4mm one. Print the case with white filament, and the grid with black filament. I recommend a line thickness of 0.4mm, and a layer height of 0.2mm. For the 0.2mm thickness model, print the first two layers with a layer height of 0.1mm. Note: this diffuser should also work fine with the CampZone 2019 badge that the Pixel was based on.
