Pixel 4 XL Phone Dock for Vehicles

<p>I could not find a good smartphone dock for my truck so made my own. &nbsp;This is for the Pixel 4 XL with the Google Case installed. &nbsp;Made to hold the phone in landscape mode.</p><p>Printed in PETG. &nbsp;No supports needed. &nbsp;Print phone dock part with the bottom on the print bed. Used .02 layers. Did a test print in PLA and it took just a few hours in Arizona sun to warp.</p><p>I added a adapter that gave the angle I need to be at. &nbsp;Plus it pushing the dock out enough that it does not interfere with dash or trim.</p><p>I use an index block to hold the dock in place in the middle of an exhaust hanger. &nbsp;Looks like a rubber doughnut. &nbsp;This takes out stress from wobbling while driving.&nbsp;</p><p>I drilled two holes and use zip ties to hold the dock in place. It will take a few zip ties to install it just make sure the end of the zip tie is not in the channel in the dock or the phone will snag on it (see photo without phone).</p>
