I designed a custom phone mount for my Google Pixel 2 XL phone, which was protected by a case. I attached the holder to a cheap vent clip mount from Amazon.com using screws. The mount fits perfectly and holds the phone securely in place. A small hole at the bottom matches the included USB-C to audio jack converter cable precisely.
