I fixed the original design's flaw by tweaking it in Fusion 360. I reduced the inner depth by 2 millimeters to ensure my phone stayed securely in place, then printed it using PETG with an ultra-fine .15mm layer height. The modified case now grips my device perfectly and looks fantastic.
