This is a pivoting Oiler for the Ender 5. Primary features are: 1.Dual pivoting bracket allows Oiler to move with filament when spooling. 2.Screw on top cap retains filament and sponge securely. 3.Simple fix attaches to 40 x 20 extrusion easily. Installation Notes: 1.You will need the following parts: M3 Nyloc Nuts (2 needed) M3 x 12 mm Hex Bolts (10mm works but 12mm is better) M3 x 1.5 mm Washers (2 required) M4 x 10 mm Hex Bolts (2 necessary) 10 x 5 M4 T-Nuts with slots for easy insertion and rotation Plastic T-Nut alternative for those without the metal version 2.Make sure to leave M3 pivot bolts loose to allow oiler movement when spool is in motion. 3.Cap/Body thread may require lubrication during first assembly to ensure smooth operation. 4.M3 washers serve as simple bearings, enabling pivots to rotate freely. Print Settings: 1.All parts are printed on Ender 3 Pros using PLA filament with 25% infill and 2 perimeters. The Plastic T-Nuts and Slotted Pivot Bracket were printed at 100%, 3 perimeters, and 210 C for added strength.
