Simple filament cleaner or wiper that attaches to a 2020 extrusion frame. Print with the bolt standing upright, top on its side, and body lying flat, without any supports! You can use anything - foam cloth, paper towel, or even cardboard. Just make sure it's not too tight so the filament can pass through easily. Many will say it's unnecessary, but I used to think that way too. However, after experiencing nozzle problems a few times in the last month, I decided to try this out. It doesn't hurt anything, and since installing it, there have been no clogs and the filament flows smoothly. We don't live in sterile environments; we're in the real world with dust and debris floating around. The head pivots freely. Screw the bolt in fully until it's secure. The design ensures that the threads on the bolt and head extend past each other, minimizing the risk of them coming loose when it rotates. However, if needed, you can use a hex key to separate the two parts again.
